FACILITIES Tamsin Hodgson Physiotherapy is situated within The House of Holistic Health which also offers Pilates, Yoga, Biokinetics, Acupuncture, Detox therapy, Nutritional therapist, Massage therapist, Personal trainers and traditional Chinese medicine. Friendly staff along with excellent facilities such as off street parking, clean shower and bathroom facilities, beautiful waiting areas in the reception and in the garden, help to ensure that your time spent is of the utmost in both healing and comfort. PRACTICE HOURS The practice is open from Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm. FEES Fees are structured according to the National Health Reference Price List and the South African Society of Physiotherapy practice codes. Fees vary according to each condition and treatment techniques applied. ICD 10 codes are utilised to facilitate re-imbursement from your medical aid, however the practice is not contracted into medical aid. This means that you are personally responsible for payment of your account. Credit Card facilities are available. CANCELLATION POLICY The practice has a 12 hour cancellation policy. Appointments not cancelled within this time will be charged for in full. REFERRALS Physiotherapists are first line practioners which means that you don’t need to have a referral to make an appointment. However the practice works closely with other health practioners such as GP’s, Orthopaedic surgeons and Biokineticists. Unless requested not to, communication occurs between the practioners to allow for a holistic healing approach.
